Returns (Non-Prescription Items)

We accept returns on most non-prescription items within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Prescription Medications

For your safety, prescription medications cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
If you have any questions or concerns about your prescription, our team is here to help.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used over-the-counter medication
  • Opened vitamins or supplements
  • Personal care items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We will replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us so we can assist you promptly.

Prescription Concerns

If there is an issue with your prescription (such as incorrect medication, quantity, or damage), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work quickly to resolve the issue in a safe and compliant manner.
